TERMS & CONDITIONS — F4M PTE. LTD.

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of the Fantastic 4 Mind (“F4M”) website, online classes, memberships, coaching sessions, and digital resources provided by F4M Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.
By purchasing a membership, booking a session, or accessing our content, you agree to these T&Cs.
1. General
• F4M provides online group coaching classes, digital workbooks, and an internal networking community platform.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to participate.
• F4M may update these T&Cs at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Memberships & Auto-Renewal
• All memberships are subscription-based and renew automatically (e.g., 1-month, 3-month, 12-month).
• By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges until you cancel.
• Fixed-term memberships (e.g., 3-month plans):
• You commit to the full duration of the plan.
• Cancelling early does not remove remaining payments, as you are completing the agreed membership cycle.
• Flexible monthly memberships renew every month until cancelled.
• Cancellation stops future renewals after the current billing cycle, but no refunds are issued for billing already processed.
• Membership benefits (classes, workbooks, community access) remain available until the end of the paid period.
3. Payments & Billing
• You authorize recurring charges through the payment method provided.
• If a payment fails, F4M may retry the charge automatically.
• Failure to update payment details may result in suspension of access.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Membership Adjustments
• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• We do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:
• Early cancellations
• Missed sessions
• Non-usage
• Personal schedule conflicts
• Change of mind
• For members who experience long holidays, illness, or extended absence, F4M may (at our discretion) offer an extension of access time. This is a goodwill gesture only, not an entitlement or refund.
5. Coaching Sessions, Booking Rules & Access
Group Classes
• Included with all active memberships.
• Delivered live via online video platform (e.g., Google Meet).
• No recordings are provided.
1:1 Coaching Sessions (if included in your plan)
• Clients will be assigned to one of our certified F4M coaches following an initial discovery call, during which we determine the best coach-client match.
• Clients are responsible for scheduling their coaching sessions directly with their assigned coach, based on the number of coaching hours included in their membership tier.
• Once a session time has been mutually agreed and scheduled:
• Sessions must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Any request to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of the session will result in that session being forfeited.
• Late arrival policy:
• If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered completed and will be deducted from their coaching hours.
• If the coach is more than 15 minutes late, the client will receive a credit of one coaching hour added back to their membership balance.
• Sessions must be used within the client’s active membership period unless an extension is provided at F4M’s discretion (e.g., long travel, illness, exceptional circumstances).
Access
• Membership includes:
• Live online classes
• Digital workbooks
• Access to the members-only networking community
• F4M reserves the right to reschedule sessions under unforeseen circumstances.
6. Digital Materials & Intellectual Property
• F4M provides digital workbooks and occasional supplementary materials.
• No session recordings or video replays are provided.
• All materials (workbooks, text, exercises, website content) are the intellectual property of F4M Pte. Ltd.
• Members agree not to:
• Copy, distribute, share, or reproduce content
• Share links, meeting access, workbook files, or login credentials
• Use any content for commercial purposes
• Breaching these rules may result in termination of membership without refund.
7. Member Conduct & Participation
To maintain a safe and effective learning environment, members agree to:
• Keep their camera ON during sessions unless otherwise instructed.
• Mute their microphone when not speaking.
• Participate actively in exercises and class discussions.
• Attend sessions on time and come prepared.
• Behave respectfully toward coaches and other members.
• Not record, screenshot, or share any part of the sessions, chats, or other participants’ contributions.
F4M reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, with no refund.
8. Health & Well-Being Disclaimer
• Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.
• You are responsible for your own emotional and mental well-being during and after sessions.
• By joining, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
9. Technology, Platforms & Connectivity
• F4M uses third-party platforms such as Wix, Google Meet, and others to deliver services.
• By using our services, you acknowledge that:
• F4M is not responsible for outages, software bugs, or downtime caused by third-party systems.
• You are responsible for your own internet connection, devices, and technical setup.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:
• F4M is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.
• Individual results vary; F4M does not guarantee any specific outcomes.
• F4M’s total liability shall not exceed the membership fees paid in the previous 3 months.
11. Privacy & Data Protection (PDPA + Wix)
• F4M complies with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for:
• Account management
• Payment processing
• Session access
• Communication
• Your data is stored and processed through secure third-party platforms such as Wix, Stripe, Google, and others.
• We do not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties.
12. Termination of Access
F4M may suspend or terminate access without refund if a member:
• Violates these T&Cs
• Abuses, harasses, or disrupts other members or coaches
• Shares content, passwords, or links
• Engages in chargeback or fraudulent activity
• Misuses the community platform or digital materials
13. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Singapore.
14. Updates
F4M may update these T&Cs periodically.
Updated versions will be posted on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
