Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for both clients and coaches, the following policies apply to all private coaching sessions. Rescheduling & Cancellations : Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time through your booking confirmation or by contacting our team. Changes made less than 24 hours before the session may result in the session being charged in full. Late Arrivals : If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the coach’s schedule and other clients. No-Show Policy : If you do not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show and the session credit will be forfeited. Coach Availability : In rare cases, Fantastic 4 Mind reserves the right to change the assigned coach or reschedule a session if necessary. If this occurs, the client will be informed in advance and an alternative session time will be offered. Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent you from joining the session, please contact us immediately so we can assist or arrange a suitable solution when appropriate.
