Session Goal

The goal of this session is to help you uncover your Ikigai – the Japanese concept meaning “reason for being,” where what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for come together. By mapping these four elements, you begin to see a deeper sense of purpose and direction, laying the foundation for the entire program.
